The chemiluminescent reactions caused by the xylene oxidation were shown to give the main contribution to the xylene sonoluminescence in a visible area of spectrum. The reactions were observed to proceed after the cutoff of ultrasonics in a liquid phase with an initial intensity achieving 5 \% from a sonoluminescence intensity. The xylene chemiluminescence caused by sonolysis consists of radical and molecular components as well as at thermally originated oxidation.
