The explosion processes are described in some systems in which special effects of heterogeneous media are most pronounced. They are the detonation of gases in inert porous media, the bubble detonation, the two-layer detonation, and the detonation of HE vacuum-suspension and layers of disperse HE in evacuated tubes.Various steady regimes of explosion spread in these systems cover completely the wave velocity range of about 101 to 104 m/s and more.
