In the frame of Bousinesque approach for Navier-Stokes equations (N-S eqs) it is considered the origin of the stochastic flows in horizontal layer of a solution of salt, heated from below. The double diffusive effects are taken into account. For the model system of equations the method of Bubnov is applied. The two harmonics approach leads to generalisation of well known Lorentz system. It is shown the convergence of Bubnov method with increase of harmonics number, because then the descrepansy of original N-S eqs tends to the zero even in stochastic regimes for some linear instability region in parameter space.
